Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses.

Rates and timing

Standard tracked delivery is free on orders of $70 or more. Below that, and for Express delivery, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay. US delivery: 2–5 business days. Orders ship within 1 business day and you receive a tracking link by email. Every order is packed by hand in our gift box.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking shows delivered but there is no package, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbours, then email us. We reship at no cost. If your Dovra arrives damaged, send us a photo and we ship a replacement the same day. No need to return the damaged one.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund; we email you a prepaid label. Opened products fall under the 90-day guarantee: you do not return anything, you just tell us it was not for you. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we change the address or cancel before it ships. After that your order is on its way, but the guarantee still has you covered.

What is covered

Your first order, whether that is one lipstick or a set. The guarantee covers the full product price you paid.

How to claim it

Email us with your order number any time within 90 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Tell us it was not for you. That is it. You are welcome to say more, it helps us, but you do not have to. We refund your original payment method within 2 business days. Keep the lipstick or pass it on.

The honest limits

One guarantee claim per household. It applies to your first order. We reserve the right to decline claims that look like abuse, for example repeated first orders under different names.

What we collect

To fulfil your order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional, for delivery updates) and order history. Payment details go straight to our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

To run the site: device type, browser, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location from your IP address.

If you write to us: the content of your emails and review submissions, including photos you choose to share.

What we do not collect: health information or skin conditions, even if you mention them in a review. We do not store or profile it.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to get your order to your door: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our email provider and our fulfilment partner. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for our orders. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (your cart, your login) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage your choice in the cookie banner.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your data. Email us; we respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell personal information, and the CCPA rights above apply in full.

Retention & security

Order records are kept 7 years for tax purposes; everything else is deleted 24 months after your last interaction. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If we ever have a breach affecting you, you hear from us within 72 hours.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your checkout, before sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices, but never for an order already placed. If a price is obviously wrong, we contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund. Sale prices apply for the period shown on the site.

3. Reviews and content you send us

When you submit a review, photo or story, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. You can withdraw it anytime by email and we remove it within 7 days.

4. Our content

The Dovra name, our logo, packaging design, photos and copy belong to us. You are welcome to share and link; please do not copy them to sell something else.

5. Liability

Dovra is a cosmetic product. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

6. Disputes

Email us first; nearly everything gets solved in one reply. If it does not, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming, unless you prefer small-claims court where you live.

7. Changes

When we update these terms we change the date at the top. Continued use after that means you accept the new version.

Using Dovra

For external use only. Apply to clean, dry lips. If you notice stinging, itching, swelling or a rash, wipe it off, stop using it and contact us. If symptoms continue, see a doctor.

Ingredients

The full ingredient list (INCI) is printed on the box. The key ingredients are listed on the product page. If you know you are sensitive to fragrance or a specific ingredient, check the list before use.

About the results we show

The shade that develops depends on your own lips, so it differs from woman to woman. Customer reviews are from verified purchasers and reflect individual experience.

If something feels off

Tell us at our support address. We log every report and follow up personally.
